John and Elaine Davidson bought Highland Heathers about 15 years ago when it was a small wholesale Heather Nursery nestled in the lovely Perthshire counrtyside.
Over the years, although it has still managed its small family feeling, it has developed into both a wholesale and retail Heather Nursery and a Plant Centre. We grow over 140 varieties of Heather and we also now sell a large range of other shrubs, trees, pots and offer great deals on composts together with other gardening paraphernalia. We also sell free-range eggs from our own free-range hens.
A small Art Gallery displaying local artists is open during the summer season.
We have also decided to diversify and have built 4 Architect designed Luxury Holiday Lodges with outdoor hot tubs. After a rewarding day on the hills or on the golf course, why not lie back in the hot tub with your glass of wine and admire the stunning views or wander down to the village and sample some of the international cuisineComrie has to offer.
